Oregon State Quarter Coin Ring

Handcrafted from an authentic 2005 Oregon State Quarter, this ring celebrates one of the most breathtaking landscapes in the Pacific Northwest.

History

Oregon became the 33rd state on February 14, 1859.

Its quarter depicts Crater Lake, the deepest lake in the United States. The lake formed within the remains of an ancient volcano following the collapse of Mount Mazama thousands of years ago.

The design includes Wizard Island, the volcanic cinder cone rising from the lake, along with the surrounding cliffs and evergreen landscape.

When formed into a ring, portions of this dramatic scenery and the original inscriptions wrap around the band.
